Принципиально разные подходы республик и официального Киева к решению накопившихся проблем в рамках работы экономической подгруппы не позволяют достигать существенных подвижек, сообщает МИД ДНР.
«Переговорщики от Украины озабочены исключительно продвижением меркантильных интересов частных собственников и предпринимателей, тогда как представители Республик продолжают отстаивать вероломно нарушенные социально-экономические права граждан.
Наши приоритеты – это скорейшее внедрение механизма выплаты пенсий жителям Республик, а также погашение задолженности Украины работникам железной дороги и КП «Компания «Вода Донбасса», – констатировала Наталья Никонорова.
Кроме того, показательная, односторонняя разработка Киевом некоего документа, который якобы направлен на упрощение процедуры выплаты пенсий, по факту не более чем пыль в глаза, которую украинское руководство продолжает пускать представителям международных организаций.
«Как мы уже неоднократно убеждались любые односторонние разработки украинской стороны не снимают вопросов, связанных с экономической блокадой и не направлены на реализацию Комплекса мер. В связи с чем, есть основания полагать, что анонсированное Киевом постановление, не упрощает получение пенсий гражданами, которые проживают на территории Республик, все так же вынуждая их регулярно преодолевать до сих пор опасную линию соприкосновения для того, чтобы получать свою законную пенсию», – добавила полпред ДНР.
The fundamentally different approaches of the republics and the official Kiev to solving the accumulated problems within the framework of the economic subgroup do not allow achieving significant progress, according to the DPR Foreign Ministry.
“The negotiators from Ukraine are concerned exclusively with the promotion of the mercantile interests of private owners and entrepreneurs, while representatives of the Republics continue to defend the traitorously violated social and economic rights of citizens.
Our priorities are the early implementation of the mechanism of paying pensions to residents of the Republics, as well as the repayment of Ukraine’s debt to employees of the railway and the Voda Donbassa Public Utilities Company,” Natalia Nikonorova stated.
In addition, Kiev’s indicative, one-sided elaboration of a certain document, which allegedly aims at simplifying the procedure for paying pensions, is in fact neither more nor less than the wool that the Ukrainian leadership keeps pulling over the eyes of representatives of international organizations.
“As we have repeatedly seen, any unilateral developments of the Ukrainian party do not remove the issues related to the economic blockade and are not aimed at the implementation of the Complex of Measures. In this connection, there are reasons to believe that the decree announced by Kiev does not make it easier for citizens who reside in the Republics to get their pensions, still forcing them to overcome the still dangerous contact line regularly in order to get their legal pension,” the DPR plenipotentiary added.
