В конференц-зале отеля «Донбасс Палас» в Донецке 15 марта состоялось заседание круглого стола «Защита внутреннего рынка от фальсифицированной, контрафактной и недоброкачественной продукции». Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, на нем вместе с гостями из ЛНР обсуждались основные вопросы нормативного обеспечения защиты внутреннего рынка Народных Республик. Символичен тот факт, что этот круглый стол состоялся во Всемирный день защиты прав потребителей.
«Мы все должны понимать, что у нас есть одна общая проблема — наличие фальсификата. Этой проблеме, к примеру, в Российской Федерации уделяют огромное внимание. Нужно навести порядок на своем рынке, убрать ту продукцию, которая вредит здоровью человека. В ходе круглого стола мы обсудили предложения Министерства промышленности и торговли в плане принятия нормативного правового акта Донецкой Народной Республики, в котором и будут рассмотрены все ключевые моменты», — заявил министр промышленности и торговли ДНР Эдуард Арматов.
Как добавил заместитель Минпромторга ДНР Владимир Рущак, еще в 2015 году в нашей Республике был принят Закон «О защите прав потребителей». По его словам, защита нашего рынка от недоброкачественной продукции является одним из залогов развития нашей экономики.
Проведение сегодняшнего круглого стола инициировал Донецкий национальный университет экономики и торговли имени Туган-Барановского. «Сегодня, как никогда, актуальной становится проблема защиты внутреннего рынка от фальсифицированной и недоброкачественной продукции. Во всем мире эта проблема рассматривается не только властными структурами, но и научными организациями. Для нашего молодого государства это тоже очень важный вопрос. И поэтому ученые университета пригласили к обсуждению проблемы ряд министерств, ведомств и товаропроизводителей», — отметила ректор ДонНУЭТ Светлана Дрожжина.
Как подчеркнул начальник инспекции по защите прав потребителей ДНР Николай Тимченко, борьба с фальсифицированной и недоброкачественной продукцией является мировой проблемой. «Проведение такого форума — это первый шаг для того, чтобы эти вопросы на государственном уровне начали эффективно решаться у нас. Индустрия обмана идет намного впереди», — сказал он.
По итогам заседания круглого стола была принята резолюция. В ней, в частности, предлагается проводить системный мониторинг потребительского рынка ДНР с целью выявления фальсифицированной, контрафактной и недоброкачественной продукции и принятия мер по недопущению нарушений прав потребителей.

It is symbolic that this round table coincided with World Consumer Rights Day.
“We all need to realize that we have one common problem – the presence of counterfeit. The Russian Federation, for example, in pays great attention to this problem. It is necessary to restore order in our market, remove those products that are harmful to human health. During the round table, we discussed the proposals of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in terms of adopting a regulatory legal act of the Donetsk People’s Republic, in which all the key points will be considered,” Minister of Industry and Trade of the DPR Eduard Armatov stated.
Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the DPR Vladimir Ruschak added that the Law On Consumer Rights Protection had been adopted in our Republic back in 2015. According to him, the protection of our market from poor-quality products is one of the keys to the development of our economy.
Today’s round table was initiated by Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade named after Tugan-Baranovsky. “Today, more than ever, the problem of protecting the domestic market from counterfeit and poor-quality products is becoming urgent. All over the world, this problem is dealt with not only by public authorities, but also by research organizations. In our young state, this is also a very important issue. That is why the university researchers suggested a number of ministries, agencies and commodity producers discussing the problem,” DONNUET rector Svetlana Drozhzhina noted.
Chief of the Consumer Rights Protection Inspectorate Nikolai Timchenko emphasized that the fight against counterfeit and poor quality products is a global problem. “Holding such a forum is the first step in order that we begin effectively address these issues at the state level. The fraud industry is far ahead,” he said.
Following on from the results of the meeting, they adopted a resolution. It, in particular, proposes carrying out systematic monitoring in the consumer market of the DPR in order to identify counterfeit and poor-quality products and take measures to prevent infringement of consumers’ rights.
