Сегодня, 19 марта, Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин провел совещание, посвященное актуальным вопросам продовольственной безопасности государства, аграрного сектора экономики и проведения весенней посевной кампании. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики, в совещании приняли участие члены Правительства ДНР, депутаты Народного Совета, руководители сельскохозяйственных предприятий.

«Прошлый год в плане сельского хозяйства выдался крайне неудачным, и причина тому – не только неурожай. Ошибки в регулировании этого рынка привели к, мягко говоря, невыгодным условиям для деятельности его участников.

В конце прошлого года мы внесли существенные изменения в законодательство, что положило начало стимулированию сельскохозяйственного производства.

Мы будем по-прежнему уделять максимально повышенное внимание решению проблем в этой стратегически важной отрасли. На данный момент наблюдается нехватка оборотных средств, дефицит ГСМ, у сельхозпроизводителей есть вопросы по механизму оплаты природного газа. И еще предстоит доработать нормативную правовую базу.

Сегодняшняя встреча необходима для обсуждения тех действий, которые мы можем совершить для дальнейших положительных изменений в сфере сельского хозяйства и успешного проведения посевной кампании. Считаю, что только в диалоге с сельхозпроизводителями мы сможем найти верные решения, которые устроят всех и обеспечат продовольственную безопасность Донецкой Народной Республики», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

Как доложил министр агропромышленной политики и продовольствия ДНР Артем Крамаренко, весенняя посевная кампания стартовала 10 марта в Тельмановском районе. Всего в Республике планируется засеять 236 тыс. гектаров земель, из них 173 тыс. гектаров зерновых и зерно-бобовых культур, 52 тыс. гектаров технических культур, а также овоще-бахчевые культуры, картофель.

Также в ходе совещания обсуждались вопросы обеспечения сельскохозяйственных предприятий горюче-смазочными материалами, природным газом; нормативного регулирования использования сельскохозяйственных угодий, владельцы которых находятся вне территории ДНР; о мерах по стабилизации ситуации с ценами на фуражный ячмень и другие.

По итогам совещания Главой Республики был дан ряд поручений Правительству ДНР и другим ответственным лицам. В частности, Денис Пушилин поручил в месячный срок разработать концепцию проекта развития сельского хозяйства до 2020 года.

Today, on March 19th, Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin held a meeting dedicated to relevant issues of state food security, the agricultural sector of the economy and the spring sowing campaign. According to a correspondent of the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republic, members of the DPR Government, deputies of the People’s Council, chiefs of agricultural enterprises took part in the meeting.

“Last year turned out to be extremely unsuccessful in terms of agriculture, and the cause of this was not only the poor harvest. Mistakes in the regulation of this market cased, mildly speaking, unfavorable conditions for the activities of its participants.

At the end of last year, we introduced significant amendments to the legislation, which marked the beginning of the stimulation of the agricultural production.

We will continue to give the utmost attention to solving the problems in this strategically important branch. At the moment, there is a lack of floating assets, a lack of fuel and lubricants, agricultural producers have questions about the mechanism of payment for natural gas. And we have to finalize the regulatory legal framework.

Today’s meeting is necessary to discuss the actions that we can take to further positive changes in the field of agriculture and a successful sowing campaign. I believe that only in a dialogue with agricultural producers we will be able to find the right solutions that will suit everyone and ensure the food security of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” Denis Pushilin said.

Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food of the DPR Artem Kramarenko reported that the spring sowing campaign had started on March 10th in Telmanovsky district. It’s planned to sow a total of 236 thousand hectares of land in the Republic, of which 173 thousand hectares of grain and grain-leguminous crops, 52 thousand hectares of industrial crops, as well as vegetables, cucurbits crops and potato.

During the meeting, they also discussed the issues of providing agricultural enterprises with fuel and lubricants, natural gas; regulation of the use of agricultural land whose owners stay outside the territory of the DPR; the measures to stabilize the situation with prices for fodder barley and others.

Following on from the results of the meeting, the Head of the Republic assigned a number of instructions to the Government of the DPR and other responsible persons. In particular, Denis Pushilin instructed that a concept for the agricultural development project until 2020 be elaborate within a month.
