За прошедшие сутки противник девять раз нарушил режим прекращения огня. Основная часть обстрелов территории Республики была произведена с позиций 54-й механизированной бригады. По приказу военного преступника Майстренко обстрелам из запрещенных Минскими соглашениями 122-мм артиллерии и гранатометов подверглись окрестности населенных пунктов Молодежное и Золотое-5.
С позиций 10-й горно-штурмовой бригады велся огонь из 120- и 82-мм минометов, гранатометов и крупнокалиберных пулеметов по окрестностям населенных пунктов Смелое, Фрунзе, Голубовское и Желобок. Приказ на проведение обстрелов отдал преступник Зубанич.
Также применялись противотанковые ракетные комплексы, гранатометы и стрелковое оружие по населенным пунктам Углегорск и Калиновка с позиций 30-й механизированной бригады, командиром которой является военный преступник Гараз. Всего по территории Республики было выпущено около 140 различных боеприпасов, из которых 15 калибра более 100-мм. Об этом сегодня, 19 марта, заявил официальный представитель НМ ЛНР, подполковник Андрей Марочко, сообщает из Луганска собственный корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.
«Командование ВФУ скрывает потери личного состава, в том числе небоевые, от общественности и родственников погибших военнослужащих. Реальные цифры о безвозвратных потерях в разы превышают заявляемые штабом ООС. Гибель военнослужащих в подавляющем большинстве связана с неуставными взаимоотношениями, суицидами, подрывами на собственных минных полях и перестрелками между своими подразделениями и подразделениями националистов. Так, по информации нашего источника, в ночь на 18 марта с позиций националистического полка «Азов» был произведен минометный обстрел района ответственности 54-й механизированной бригады. В течение получаса украинские боевики обменялись обстрелами, выпустив порядка 20 мин, предположительно калибра 120 мм. В результате такого «обмена любезностями» двое военнослужащих 54-й бригады погибли, еще один получил ранения. Потери со стороны националистов уточняются.
В связи с большим количеством небоевых потерь, низким уровнем морально-психологического состояния личного состава ВСУ, подразделения, находящиеся в так называемой зоне ООС, испытывают острую нехватку кадров. В настоящее время укомплектованность бригад составляет не более 50%. В связи с острой нехваткой военнослужащих в соединениях и частях, командованием сухопутных войск на базе учебных центров в населенных пунктах Полтава, Десна и Старичи проводятся сборы с резервистами, в ходе которых главной задачей Министерства обороны Украины будет принуждение обучаемых к подписанию контрактов, скрывая от них последующую отправку в зону ООС. Путем обмана и принуждения командование ВФУ планирует использовать резервистов для доукомплектования соединений и воинских частей.
Как мы уже заявляли ранее, с целью проведения разбирательства по исчезновению рядового Магденко в 54-ю механизированную бригаду прибыла группа офицеров штаба карательной операции. В ходе проверки было установлено, что укомплектованность бригады составляет 46%. Выявлены многочисленные факты сокрытия гибели военнослужащих. Количество случаев самовольного оставления позиций личным составом насчитывает более тридцати эпизодов, и это только с начала этого года. В настоящее время штабом ООС рассматривается вопрос соответствия командира бригады Майстренко занимаемой должности», — рассказал Андрей Марочко.

“The command of the AFU conceals the loss of the personnel, including non-combat ones, from the public and the relatives of the military who died. The real numbers of the irretrievable losses are many times higher than those claimed by the Joint Forces Operation staff. The deaths of the military in the overwhelming majority stems from relations contrary to the regulations, suicides, blowing up on their own minefields and firefights between their units and the nationalist units. Therefore, according to our source, on the night of March 18th, a mortar shelling of the responsibility zone of the 54th mechanized brigade was carried out from positions of the Azov nationalist regiment. For half an hour, the Ukrainian militants exchanged shelling, having fired about 20 mortar shells, presumably of 120mm caliber. As a result of this “exchange of courtesies,” two servicemen of the 54th brigade died, another was injured. The losses of the nationalists are being specified.
Due to the large number of non-combat losses, the low level of the morale and psychological condition of the personnel of the AFU, the units stationed in the so-called Joint Forces Operation zone suffer an acute lack of personnel. Currently, the manning of the brigade is no more than 50%. Due to the acute lack of military personnel in the formations and units, the ground forces command based on training centers in Poltava, Desna and Starichi are holding gatherings with reservists, during which the main task of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine will be to force trainees to sign contracts, hiding from them the subsequent sending to the Joint Forces Operation zone.
