Министерством транспорта принимаются меры по исполнению поручений Главы Донецкой Народной Республики Дениса Пушилина, данных в ходе рабочей встречи по вопросам контроля деятельности перевозчиков, осуществляющих пассажирские перевозки на территорию КПВВ.
В среду, 20 марта, во время рабочей встречи Глава Донецкой Народной Республики Денис Пушилин поручил министру транспорта ДНР Дмитрию Подлипанову активизировать работу горячей линии министерства для оперативного реагирования на жалобы граждан по вопросам транспортного обслуживания КПВВ.
С этой целью Минтрансом с 20 марта увеличено время работы горячей линии до 20:00 по местному времени.
Также телефоны горячей линии в ближайшие дни будут размещены на автовокзалах и в транспортных средствах, осуществляющих перевозку пассажиров на КПВВ.

The Ministry of Transport is taking measures to fulfill the instructions of Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin that he gave during the working meeting on the issues of the monitoring of the activities of carriers engaged in passenger transportation to the territory of the checkpoints.
On Wednesday, March 20th, during the working meeting, Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin instructed Minister of Transport of the DPR Dmitry Podlipanov to intensify the work of the ministry’s hotline to promptly respond to complaints from citizens on the issues of the transport service at the checkpoints.
To this end, the Ministry of Transport, starting March 20th, has increased the working hours of the hotline to 20:00 local time.
Also, in the coming days, the hotline phone numbers will be posted at bus stations and in vehicles carrying passengers to the checkpoints.
