21 марта в Государственной службе по делам семьи и детей состоялось плановое заседание информационно-аналитического совета, сообщает пресс-служба ведомства.

В заседании приняли участие: главные специалисты отдела социальной защиты семьи и детей и социального мониторинга Министерства труда и социальной политики Донецкой Народной Республики Елена Угланова и Татьяна Дюшебаева, сотрудники службы, руководители отделов по делам семьи и детей городов, районов в городах, районов ДНР, детских социальных центров ДНР.

Открыли заседание начальник отдела по делам детей Алина Сеферова и начальник отдела по делам семьи и детей администрации Дебальцево Екатерина Зюмина, которые доложили о деятельности органов опеки и попечительства по реализации права детей-сирот и детей, лишенных родительского попечения, на семейное воспитание.

«На территории Республики наблюдается уменьшение численности детей, оставшихся без родительского попечения. Так, за 2018 год в Республике выявлены 914 детей, оставшихся без родительского попечения, что на 10 детей меньше, чем за аналогичный период 2017 года. Из общей численности выявленных детей статус ребенка-сироты и ребенка, лишенного родительского попечения, предоставлен 576 детям, что на 10 меньше в сравнении с 2017 годом», — сообщили спикеры.

Алина Сеферова представила членам совета план мероприятий по популяризации семейных форм воспитания детей-сирот и детей, лишенных родительского попечения, на 2019 год.

Продолжила заседание начальник отдела по работе с государственными социальными учреждениями и организационной работы службы Наталия Хубеджева, которая проинформировала присутствующих о работе детских социальных центров Донецкой Народной Республики, в том числе направленной на обеспечение безопасной жизнедеятельности детей, временно пребывающих в них, и предупреждение самовольных уходов детей, а также на сохранение биологических семей.

«Заседания информационно–аналитического совета службы направлены на интенсификацию взаимодействия органов опеки и попечительства Донецкой Народной Республики и способствуют более детальному рассмотрению актуальных вопросов по реализации государственной политики в сфере защиты прав, свобод и законных интересов детей, социальной поддержки семьи», — подытожила работу совета директор службы Светлана Майборода.

Head of the children’s affairs department Alina Seferova and head of the family and children’s affairs department of the Debaltsevo administration Ekaterina Zyumina, who reported on the activities of the guardianship and trusteeship agencies for exercising the right of orphans and children deprived of parental care to family education, opened the meeting.

“There is a decrease in the number of children remaining without parental care in the Republic. Thus, in 2018, 914 children without parental care have been identified in the Republic, which is 10 children fewer than in the same period of 2017. Of the total number of the identified children, the status of an orphan and a child deprived of parental care have been granted to 576 children, which is 10 fewer compared to 2017,” the speakers reported.

Alina Seferova introduced to the council members a plan of measures to promote family types of raising orphans and children deprived of parental care for 2019.

Head of the department for work with state social institutions and organizational work of the service Natalia Khubedzheva continued the meeting and informed those present about the work of the children’s social centers of the Donetsk People’s Republic, including those aimed at ensuring the safe life of children temporarily staying in them, and preventing unauthorized departure of children as well as the preservation of biological families.

“The meetings of the information and analytic council of the service are aimed at intensifying the interaction of the guardianship and trusteeship bodies of the Donetsk People’s Republic and contribute to a more detailed consideration of topical issues on the implementation of state policy in the field of protecting the rights, freedoms and legal interests of children, and social support to the family,” director of the service Svetlana Mayboroda summarized the work of the council.
