УНМ ДНР продолжает фиксировать факты массовых хищений медицинских препаратов и оборудования в военно-медицинских учреждениях ВСУ. Об этом в ходе брифинга 25 марта сообщил начальник пресс-службы УНМ ДНР, майор Даниил Безсонов.
«После многочисленных жалоб военнослужащих и их родственников на поборы медработников, заставляющих пациентов лечиться за свой счет, 24 марта отмечено прибытие инспекционной комиссии во главе с заместителем министра обороны Украины И. Руснака с целью проверки данной информации и оценки масштабов хищений. Инспекцию планируют проводить в 66-м и 61-м военно-медицинских госпиталях в Покровске и Мариуполе, откуда поступило наибольшее количество жалоб», — отметил Даниил Безсонов.
Также, по словам майора, в связи с кадровым некомплектом и отсутствием желания у населения служить в украинской армии военно-политическое руководство Украины продолжает проводить пропагандистские мероприятия с целью решения данной проблемы. С целью повышения привлекательности службы в ВСУ Генеральным штабом ВС Украины было принято решение о внесении изменений в концепцию развития профессионального сержантского состава. В частности, до 2020 года в ВСУ запланировано замещение 2 тыс. офицерских должностей сержантскими.
«Кроме того, планируется выплата единовременного денежного вознаграждения за заключение военнослужащими ВСУ очередного длительного контракта в размере до 30 тыс. гривен и до 40 тыс. гривен за заключение последующих контрактов. Таким образом, командование ВСУ подтвердило свою неспособность пополнить Вооруженные силы за счет патриотической мотивации и сделало ставку на подкуп призывной части населения. Однако данное решение к позитивным результатам не приведет, так как финансовые обещания так и останутся очередным приказом на бумаге, а вернуть доверие населения к украинскому военному командованию за деньги не получится.
Также в преддверии президентских выборов на Украине военно-политическое руководство продолжает нагнетать обстановку вдоль линии боевого соприкосновения, связанную с перемещением граждан. Закрытие в одностороннем порядке КПВВ «Станица Луганская» и открытие неподготовленного в плане обеспечения безопасного перехода КПВВ «Золотое» наглядно демонстрируют мировому сообществу стремление киевского режима устроить очередную кровавую провокацию на многострадальной донбасской земле, насильно направляя мирных жителей на минные поля», — заявил Даниил Безсонов.

“After numerous complaints from the military and their relatives about the extortions on the part of medical workers who make patients take treatment at their own expense, on March 24th, an inspection commission headed by Ukrainian deputy defense minister I. Rusnak arrived to check information about this and assess the extent of embezzlement. The inspection is planned to be conducted in military hospitals 66 and 61 in Pokrovsk and Mariupol, from where the largest number of complaints have been reported,” Daniil Bezsonov noted.
In addition, according to the major, due to the understaffing and lack of desire among the population to serve in the Ukrainian army, the military-political leadership of Ukraine continues to carry out propaganda activities to solve this problem. In order to enhance the attractiveness of the service in the AFU, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine decided to amend the concept of development of professional noncommissioned personnel. In particular, by 2020, it is planned to replace 2,000 officer ranks by the non-commissioned in the AFU.
“In addition, it is planned that a one-off money reward in the amount of up to 30 thousand UAH will be paid for the conclusion of another long-term contract by the AFU military, and up to 40 thousand UAH for the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Thus, the AFU command confirmed their inability to replenish the Armed Forces at the expense of the patriotic motivation, and placed a bet on bribing the draft population. However, this decision will not lead to positive results, since financial promises will remain yet another order on paper and it will not be possible to regain public trust in the Ukrainian military command with money.
Also, on the eve of the presidential election in Ukraine, the military-political leadership continues to escalate the situation along the line of combat contact, which is associated with the movement of citizens. The unilateral closure of the Stanitsa Luhanskaya checkpoint and the opening of the Zolotoye checkpoint, which is not prepared in terms of safe transition, clearly demonstrate to the world community the Kiev regime’s desire to arrange another bloody provocation in the long-suffering Donbass land, driving peaceful residents into the minefields by force,” Daniil Bezsonov stated.
