Сегодня, 28 марта, в ходе расширенного совещания Главы ДНР Дениса Пушилина с руководителями администраций городов и районов начальник Контрольного управления Главы ДНР Ольга Король доложила о результатах проверки соблюдения коммунальными предприятиями норм расхода соли технической, а также о выборочной проверке организаций по вывозу ТБО. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Администрации Главы ДНР.
«Контрольным управлением Главы Донецкой Народной Республики была проведена проверка соблюдения коммунальными предприятиями городов и районов Республики норм расхода соли технической, в том числе для приготовления противогололедной смеси в осенне-зимний период», – отметил Денис Пушилин.
Ольга Король представила Главе Республики отчет о результатах проверки коммунальных предприятий. На основе полученной информации Денис Пушилин поручил администрациям городов и районов обеспечить контроль за соблюдением предприятиями, выполняющими работы по зимнему содержанию дорог, норм расхода соли технической при приготовлении песчано-соляной смеси, а Министерству строительства и ЖКХ – проанализировать потребность в посыпочном материале и реагентах, сформированную городами и районами, разработать пошаговую методику действий администраций городов и районов при наступлении сложных погодных условий.
Следующим вопросом повестки дня стала ситуация с вывозом твердых бытовых отходов.
«Ситуация с вывозом твердых бытовых отходов коммунальными предприятиями городов и районов Донецкой Народной Республики на сегодняшний день остается одной из самых злободневных. Контрольным Управлением Главы Донецкой Народной Республики была проведена выборочная проверка организации этих работ в городах и районах Республики», – отметил Денис Пушилин. Он обратил внимание глав администраций Амвросиевского, Старобешевского, Тельмановского, Новоазовского районов, городов Тореза, Енакиево, Харцызска на низкий процент охвата населения услугами по сбору твердых бытовых отходов и поручил организовать работу по заключению договоров с населением.
Руководителям администраций городов Харцызска, Иловайска, Зугрэса, Макеевки, Ждановки, Кировского, Докучаевска, Ясиноватой Главой Республики было поручено обеспечить начало работ по изготовлению контейнеров, а Министерству строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства организовать контроль за устранением всех недостатков, выявленных в результате проведенной проверки.

«The Control Directorate of the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic conducted an inspection on compliance of public utility companies in cities, towns and districts of the Republic with the consumption rates of thaw salt, including for the preparation of an anti-icing mixture in the autumn-winter period,” Denis Pushilin noted.
Olga Korol reported to the Head of the Republic on the results of the inspection of public utility companies. Based on the information received, Denis Pushilin instructed the administrations of cities, towns and districts to ensure control over compliance of enterprises that work on winter road maintenance with the consumption rates of thaw salt in making a sand-salt mixture, and the Ministry of Construction Industry, Housing and Public Utilities is to analyze the need for the anti-icing material and reagents, which is formed by cities and districts, to develop a step-by-step method of actions of the administrations of cities, towns and districts in case of difficult weather conditions.
The next issue on the agenda was the situation with the removal of solid waste.
“The situation with the removal of solid household waste by public utilities in cities, towns and districts of the Donetsk People’s Republic remains one of the most acute today. The Control Directorate of the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic carried out a selective inspection of the arrangement of this work in cities, towns and districts of the Republic,” Denis Pushilin noted. He drew the attention of the mayors of Amvrosiyevsky, Starobeshevsky, Telmanovsky, Novoazovsky Districts, the towns of Torez, Yenakiyevo, Khartsyzsk to a low percentage of population coverage with services for the collection of solid household waste and ordered to organize work on the conclusion of contracts with the population.
The Head of the Republic instructed the mayors of Khartsyzsk, Ilovaysk, Zugres, Makeyevka, Zhdanovka, Kirovsky, Dokuchayevsk, Yasinovataya to ensure the start of container manufacturing, and the Ministry of Construction Industry, Housing and Public Utilities is to exercise control over the elimination of all deficiencies revealed as a result of the inspection conducted.
