По данным нашей разведки, наблюдается активизация пропагандистских усилий ВСУ, направленных на дискредитацию руководства и Народной милиции Донецкой Народной Республики. Об этом в экстренном заявлении 12 марта сообщил начальник пресс-службы УНМ ДНР, майор Даниил Безсонов.
«Для этого используются различного рода фальсификации, которые вбрасываются министерством пропаганды Стеця в информационное пространство Украины для искаженной картины происходящих на Донбассе событий и манипуляции общественным сознанием населения страны.
Так, в настоящее время силами специальных операций ВСУ спланирована пропагандистская акция по обвинению руководства Донецкой Народной Республики и командования Народной милиции в трагедии, происшедшей 23 февраля в районе КПВВ «Оленовка». Тогда на мине, заложенной украинскими диверсантами, подорвался гражданский автомобиль, следовавший в Донецк с территории, подконтрольной ВСУ. В результате погибли двое граждан ДНР и еще один получил ранения.
Стремясь переложить ответственность за совершенное украинскими военными преступление на Народную милицию ДНР, начальник штаба ООС, генерал-майор А. Ковальчук поставил задачу сводной группе 72-го Центра информационно-психологических операций командования Сил специальных операций ВСУ — подготовить фейковый материал, основанный на сфальсифицированных данных о подрыве автомобиля.
В настоящее время ими подготовлен видеоролик с использованием фрагментов записей с места инцидента, в котором на основе искаженных фактов, фрагментов видеозаписи с места инцидента и вырванных из контекста фразах руководства Республики делаются ложные выводы якобы о причастности к трагедии Народной милиции ДНР. При этом действительные виновники гибели мирных граждан остаются за рамками этого фейкового расследования.
Подготовленную украинскими пропагандистами дезинформацию планируется использовать завтра для оказания информационно-психологического воздействия на представителей ОБСЕ в ходе встречи Трехсторонней контактной группы в Минске, а также для размещения в украинских СМИ», — отметил майор.
По словам Даниила Безсонова, данный пример не является единичным случаем, когда военно-политическое руководство Украины привлекает специалистов в области ведения психологической войны для искажения информационного фона в угоду своим интересам. В качестве примера можно привести факт подрыва 23 апреля 2017 года автомобиля СММ ОБСЕ в районе украинского села Пришиб, в результате которого один представитель миссии погиб и один получил ранение. Тогда с целью ухода от ответственности Киев также пытался переложить на Народную милицию Луганской Народной Республики ответственность за совершенное диверсантами ВСУ преступление. Однако неопровержимые доказательства, найденные на месте преступления, не позволили украинским пропагандистам этого сделать.
«В этой связи обращаюсь к представителям специальной мониторинговой миссии ОБСЕ с призывом не поддаваться манипуляциям украинских пропагандистов. В оценке событий в Донбассе проявлять объективность и руководствоваться только фактами. А факты говорят о том, что украинские спецслужбы давно используют террористические акты как способ давления на население ДНР.
Уже в этом году украинские диверсанты совершили несколько резонансных террористических актов. Так, 1 января была подорвана железобетонная опора моста в Пролетарском районе Донецка, а 18 февраля сработали 3 взрывных устройства на бульваре Пушкина и на улице Кобозева в Донецке. Последствия этих диверсий были зафиксированы миссией ОБСЕ. Виновники этих преступлений известны. Как и в случае с подрывом автомобиля в районе Оленовки — они носят военную форму ВСУ», — подчеркнул Даниил Безсонов.

Therefore, at present, the special operations forces of the AFU have arranged a propaganda campaign to accuse the leadership of the Donetsk People’s Republic and the command of the People’s Militia of the tragedy that occurred on February 23rd in the vicinity of the Olenovka checkpoint. Then, a civilian car, which was heading for Donetsk from the territory controlled by the AFU, was blown up on a mine planted by Ukrainian commandos. As a result, two citizens of the DPR were killed and another was injured.
In an effort to shift the responsibility for the crime committed by the Ukrainian military to the DPR People’s Militia, the chief-of-staff of the Joint Forces Operation, general major A. Kovalchuk, instructed the composite group of the 72nd Center for Information and Psychological Operations of the AFU Special Operations Forces Command, to make fake footage based on the falsified data about the explosion of the car.
At present, they have made a video by using fragments of the video records from the scene of the incident, which, based on the distorted facts and video clips from the scene of the incident and phrases of the leadership of the Republic that are taken out of context, makes false conclusions about the alleged involvement of the DPR People’s Militia in the tragedy. According to Daniil Bezsonov, this example was not an isolated case, when the military-political leadership of Ukraine involves experts in the field of psychological warfare to distort the information background in pursuance of their interests. For instance, on April 23rd, 2017, an OSCE SMM car was blown up in the vicinity of the Ukrainian village of Prishib, as a result of which a representative of the Mission was killed and another one suffered a wound. Then, in order to get away with it, Kiev also tried to shift the responsibility for the crime committed by commandos of the AFU to the People’s Militia of the Lugansk People’s Republic. However, the irrefutable evidence that was found at the crime scene did not let the Ukrainian propagandists do this.
“In this regard, I call on representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission not to fall for the manipulations of the Ukrainian propagandists. When assessing the events in Donbass, manifest objectivity and be guided only by the facts. And the facts suggest that the Ukrainian special services have long been using terrorist attacks as means of exerting pressure on the population of the DPR.
Even this year, Ukrainian commandos committed several heinous terrorist acts. Therefore, on January 1st, the reinforced concrete pillar of the bridge in Proletarsky District of Donetsk was blown up, and on February 18th, three explosive devices were triggered on Pushkina Boulevard and on Kobozeva Street in Donetsk. The OSCE Mission registered the consequences of these acts of sabotage. The perpetrators of these crimes have been established. As in the case of the car blown up in the vicinity of Olenovka, they wear the military uniform of the AFU,” Daniil Bezsonov stressed.
