Изменения в порядке усыновления сделают процедуру проще — Госслужба по делам семьи и детей / Changes in the order of adoption will simplify the procedure – State Service for Family and Children

Начиная с 2015 года в Донецкой Народной Республике усыновлено 263 ребенка, из них в январе-феврале текущего года семеро детей обрели семьи, сообщила директор Государственной службы по делам семьи и детей Светлана Майборода.

«Ранее для того, чтобы встать на учет кандидатов в усыновители, граждане должны были предоставить в качестве документов, подтверждающих их материальную обеспеченность, справку о заработной плате или копию декларации о доходах. Это делало невозможным усыновление детей-сирот и детей, лишенных родительского попечения, неработающими, но имеющими доход лицами.

Благодаря изменениям, внесенным во Временный порядок усыновления и осуществления контроля условий проживания и воспитания усыновленных детей в семьях усыновителей на территории Донецкой Народной Республики, теперь учитываются и другие законные виды доходов, такие как стипендия, пенсия, дивиденды и прочие, что существенно расширяет круг граждан ДНР, которые смогут реализовать право быть усыновителями», — прокомментировала Светлана Майборода.

Руководитель службы добавила, что изменения в порядке усыновления также упростят процедуру сбора и подачи документов.

Since 2015, 263 children have been adopted in the Donetsk People’s Republic, seven of who have found families in January and February this year, said Svetlana Mayboroda, the director of the State Service for Family and Children.

“Previously, in order to register as candidates for adoptive parents, citizens had to submit a salary certificate or a copy of the income declaration as the documents confirming their material security. This made it impossible for unemployed persons who have earnings to adopt orphans and children deprived of parental care.

Thanks to the changes made to the Interim Adoption Order and the monitoring of the living conditions and upbringing of adopted children in adoptive families in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, other legitimate types of income, such as scholarships, pensions, dividends and others, are now taken into account, which significantly expands the range of DPR citizens who will be able to actualize the right to be adoptive parents,” Svetlana Mayboroda commented.

The chief of the service added that the changes in the order of adoption would also simplify the procedure for collecting and submitting the documents.
