Председатель ОД «Свободный Донбасс» Владимир Медведев прокомментировал решение продления сроков подачи документов кандидатов в депутаты Молодежного парламента.
«Решение Временной молодежной избирательной комиссии о продлении сроков подачи документов было связано с возникновением некоторых затруднений у потенциальных кандидатов в части сбора полного их перечня. Как уже не раз озвучивалось, будущие парламентарии – это активисты, студенты, представители рабочей молодежи. Одним просто не хватило времени снять и разместить видеоролик, другим – оперативно собрать подписи в свою поддержку», — отметил Владимир Медведев.
Он также отметил, что такое решение поможет активизировать тех молодых людей, которые приняли решение поучаствовать в выборах относительно недавно: «Срок подачи документов продлен до 30 марта включительно. Этого времени вполне достаточно даже для тех представителей молодежи, которые решили включиться в предвыборный процесс сегодня».
Chairman of the Free Donbass Public Movement Vladimir Medvedev commented on the decision to prolong the deadline for submission of documents from candidates for deputies to the Youth Parliament.
“The decision of the Provisional Youth Election Commission to extend the deadline for submission of documents is associated with some difficulties for potential candidates in terms of collecting a full list of them. As it has already been said more than once, future parliamentarians are activists, students, representatives of the working youth. Someone just didn’t have enough time to make and post a video, the other didn’t manage to quickly collect signatures in their support,” Vladimir Medvedev noted.
He also noted that such a decision would help to encourage those young people who decided to take part in the election relatively recently, “The deadline for submission of documents is extended up to March 30th inclusive. This time is quite enough even for those representatives of the youth who have decided to join the election process today.”
