Сегодня, 26 марта, на шахте имени Л. И. Лутугина ГП «Торезантрацит» была введена в эксплуатацию 4-я восточная коренная лава пласта h7 «Кащеевский» горизонта 700 метров, сообщает пресс–служба Администрации Главы.

В торжественном собрании по случаю запуска новой лавы приняли участие Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин, министр угля и энергетики Руслан Дубовский, руководитель администрации города Тореза Дмитрий Лысенко, исполняющий обязанности генерального директора ГП «Торезантрацит» Владимир Мандриченко, директор шахтоуправления им. Лутугина Евгений Бабич, а также коллектив шахты.

Докладывая Главе Республики о производственной мощности новой лавы, директор шахтоуправления Евгений Бабич сообщил, что длина нового очистного забоя составляет 250 метров, выемочного столба – 1300 метров, вынимаемая мощность пласта – 1,12 метра, запасы оцениваются в 740 тысяч тонн угля. Лава оснащена горношахтным оборудованием повторного использования, оно прошло капитальный ремонт на заводах Донецкой Народной Республики.

Государственная комиссия приняла лаву в эксплуатацию без замечаний, с оценкой «отлично». Ежесуточная нагрузка на забой составит минимум 1300 тонн угля.

Затем и. о. генерального директора ГП «Торезантрацит» Владимир Мандриченко вручил Главе Республики первый уголь, добытый в новой лаве.
После приема лавы в эксплуатацию Денис Пушилин поздравил коллектив предприятия со столь значимым событием:

«Это очередной трудовой праздник, еще одна трудовая победа. Для Донецкой Народной Республики крайне важно, когда запускаются новые предприятия – в данном случае новая лава, которая весьма ярко показывает, что мы не стоим на месте и думаем о будущем. И очень важно, что угольной отрасли уделяется должное внимание. Это, безусловно, связано и с тем, что министр сам плоть от плоти шахтер, действительно эту отрасль понимает и о ней болеет.
Также мы прекрасно понимаем, что Донбасс без угля – не Донбасс. Поэтому угольной отрасли мы уделяли и будем уделять особое внимание. Есть определенные пробелы, и мы о них знаем. Например, престиж шахтерского труда совершенно не на том уровне, на котором должен быть. Уровень заработных плат в шахтерской отрасли не тот, который должен быть. Здесь нам предстоит еще много работы.

Наши предприятия были построены еще в Советском Союзе. По сути, это тот потенциал, который заложили и передали наши отцы и деды. Может, пора уже и нам включиться в этот процесс и начинать созидать? А для этого необходимо единство мысли и понимание дальнейших шагов. Вот над этим нам с вами предстоит поработать. Желание есть и уверенность в завтрашнем дне все больше проявляется! Лично я и наша команда настроены оптимистично. Нельзя сказать, что будет легко, но все трудности делают нас только сильнее. Так всегда было в Донбассе. Поздравляю вас с очередным трудовым достижением!» – сказал руководитель государства.

После ввода в эксплуатацию лавы работники шахты смогли задать Главе Республики Денису Пушилину интересующие их вопросы.

Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, Minister of Coal and Energy Ruslan Dubovsky, mayor of Torez Dmitry Lysenko, acting general director of the Torezantratsit State Enterprise Vladimir Mandrichenko, director of the colliery group named after Lutugin Evgeny Babich, as well as the staff of the mine, took part in the solemn meeting on the occasion of the startup of the new coalface.

Reporting to the Head of the Republic on the production capacity of the new coalface, director of the colliery group Evgeny Babich said that the length of the new working face is 250 meters, the excavation pillar is 1300 meters, the extracting seam thickness is 1.12 meters, and the reserves are estimated at 740 thousand tons of coal. The coalface is equipped with mining equipment of repeated use; it has been overhauled at the plants of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

The State Commission accepted the coalface into service unconditionally with grade “excellent”. The daily load on the wording face will make at least 1300 tons of coal.

Then acting general director of the Torezantratsit State Enterprise Vladimir Mandrichenko presented the first piece of coal mined in the new coalface to the Head of the Republic.
After placing the coalface on production, Denis Pushilin congratulated the staff of the enterprise on such a significant event:

“This is another labor holiday, another labor victory. It is extremely important to the Donetsk People’s Republic that new enterprises are launched, in this case, a new coalface, which very clearly shows that we do not stand idle but think about the future. And it is very important that due attention is paid to the coal industry. This is undoubtedly attributed to the fact that the minister himself is a miner made from the same flesh, he really understands this industry and cares about it.
We also perfectly well understand that Donbass without coal is not the real Donbass. Therefore, we have paid and will continue to pay special attention to the coal industry. There are certain gaps, and we are aware of them. For example, the prestige of coalmining labor is absolutely not at the rate at which it should be. The rate of wages in the mining industry is not what it should be. Here we still have a lot of work.

Our enterprises were built in the Soviet Union. In fact, this is the potential that our fathers and grandfathers laid and passed on. Maybe it’s high time that we got involved in this process and started creating? And for this we need unity of thought and understanding of further steps. Here we are to work on this with you. There is a desire, and confidence in the future is becoming increasingly apparent! Our team and personally I are optimistic. This is not to say that it will be easy, but all the difficulties make us only stronger. It has always been this way in Donbass. I congratulate you on another labor achievement!” the leader of the state said.

After placing the coalface on production, the workers of the mine were able to ask Head of the Republic Denis Pushilin their questions.
