On December 11, as part of the joint work of the DRPM’s Public Staff for Frontline Areas and the Moscow-Donbass international volunteer group, aid was provided to citizens in Yasinovataya who have ended up in difficult situations, a correspondent of the DPR Official Website reports.

So, chief of the DRPM’s Public Staff for Frontline Areas Svetlana Chenyshenko, mayor of Yasinovataya and secretary of the DRPM’s local office Dmitry Shevchenko and representative of the Moscow-Donbass volunteer group Yulia Goncharova handed personal care products, household chemicals and outerwear over to the local center for social services in Yasinovataya.

According to director of the local center Elena Trofimenko, the institution has three departments: home-based social assistance, social adaptation and the department for permanent and temporary accommodation, where 43 people aged 70 to 75 currently live, who have found themselves in difficult life situations and need help desperately.

Also, as part of a working visit to the first aid station in the village of Mineralnoye, the volunteers handed over medical equipment, furniture for medical use and pharmaceuticals.

In turn, representative of the Moscow-Donbass volunteer group Yulia Goncharova noted that close cooperation with the Public Staff for Frontline areas ensures the opportunity to pay maximum attention to all those who urgently need help and give them the necessary assistance.
