“Today is a date of landmark, as a year ago the Youth Parliament was one of the most long-awaited youth initiatives. Today, the first results of its work will be announced. A long way from the idea to its implementation has been made. The time is now to give an account to your voters. The second session is almost over and given that the Youth Parliament is elected for only two years, you are almost at the equator of your work.

During this time, you have done many important and necessary things for the state and the society, have expressed a sufficient number of initiatives, have established relations with your colleagues from friendly states. I have been keeping track of your work throughout the year and I want to say that you have laid a good foundation for the Youth Parliament’s job,” Vladimir Bidyovka said.

During the meeting, the young parliamentarians listened to reports of Youth Parliament committees on the work for 2019, discussed proposals on amendments to the current DPR Laws On Blood Donation and Its Components, On Physical Education and Sports, proposals on the draft model regulation On Arranging for Student Self-Government, as well as approved an agenda for the spring session of the DPR Youth Parliament.
