The issues discussed by the specialized groups have been brought up for discussion in Minsk. The Foreign Ministry also reports that today’s meeting was held by Heidi Grau, a new special representative to the OSCE Chair for Ukraine and the Contact Group on the conflict settlement in Ukraine.

As part of the security group’s agenda, they continued to work primarily on the addendum to the Framework Decision and discussed the options the parties suggested for new areas. The negotiators also discussed a series of issues related to ensuring a stable ceasefire via additional measures to enhance and monitor the existing indefinite truce. They also discussed the consequences of ceasefire violations by the AFU.

Problems that haven’t been solved sinсe the exchange of detainees, as well as the search for missing persons, remain the main issues on the humanitarian group’s agenda.

The economic group continued to discuss the problematic issues of water supply in the republics.

A number of practical issues related to the special status of Donbass, its enshrinement in the Constitution of Ukraine and further elaboration of other regulations were the main topics on the political group’s agenda.
