The attempts to revive fascism in Ukraine, actively supported by incumbent President Vladimir Zelensky, were commented by DPR People’s Council deputy Elena Shishkina in an exclusive interview with a correspondent of the DPR official website.
“The policy pursued by Zelensky is a deliberate, systematic and ambitious strategy of the Ukrainian leadership to wipe out the history and memory of the feats accomplished by the Soviet people during the Great Patriotic War, aimed at uncrowning, depersonalizing and dehumanizing the image of the hero — the defender of the Fatherland. Fascism is being actively cultivated under Zelensky’s rule, radical Nazi organizations are supported at the state level. It is he who will bring fascism to the maximum revival and realization in Ukraine,” Elena Shishkina said.
The deputy also emphasized that under Zelensky’s rule the ideology and culture of educating the young generation is based on the denial of the feat and significance of the victory won by the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War.
“The conduct of the incumbent President of Ukraine represents the theater of the absurd. Despite his loud statements on the need to unite people of different nationalities, to unite peoples in the national idea, in fact Zelensky preaches the ideology of Hitler and his followers. The Head of the Ukrainian State embodies the core of the ideology of fascism, actively destroying the great past of his country, which will certainly exert quite a negative impact on the state’s citizens and future,” the speaker commented.
In particular, the deputy emphasized that Zelensky, who does not doesn’t see the history of his family as a value, will be incapable of honoring the history of his country.
