Today, militants of the Ukrainian armed formations’ 59th brigade opened targeted mortar fire at the orders of war criminal Shapovalov, launching at south Zaitsevo more than 8 shells of 82mm calibre.
As a result of the shelling, there were damaged 5 residential buildings at 101, 103, 104, 107 and 109 Karbysheva Street. Further information on the damage and casualties among the civilian population is being specified.
All the evidence of the attack will be provided to representatives of international human rights organizations based in the Republic, along with the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office.
We urge the OSCE SMM international observers to focus on the Ukrainian armed formations’ aggression and convey this information to the global community with a view to force Kiev officials, in the person of Zelensky, to fulfill the election promises and halt the bloodshed in Donbass.
