Intelligence established that on February 16 the command staff of the Vostok Task Force was instructed by the superior HQ to conduct provocative operations against DPR People’s Militia units, spokesman for the DPR PMD Dmitry Astrakhan reported at the briefing in Donetsk on February 18.
“Tonight, our observers at the Gorlovka frontline spotted a group of seven soldiers from the 58th brigade, who ended up in their own minefields. As a result, three Ukrainian soldiers were injured,” Astrakhan added.
