Militants from the 28th AFU brigade, on the order of war criminal Marchenko, targeted the village of Signalnoye with mortars.
The shelling resulted in damage to the residential building at 13 Sovetskaya St. Additional information about the scale of destruction and casualties among the civilian population is being specified.
The materials on the case of shelling will be sent to representatives of international organizations stationed in the Republic and to the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office to attach them to the criminal cases initiated against commander of the 28th AFU brigade Marchenko.
We call on OSCE SMM international observers to draw attention to the aggression of the armed formations of Ukraine and convey this information to the international community in order to make the official Ukrainian government in the person of Zelensky fulfill their pre-election promises and stop the bloodshed in Donbass.
