The DPR Human Rights Commissioner’s Office has not received any reports on detention or missing persons this week.
According to the up-to-date data, 145 people are being detained on the Ukrainian side, information on whom is absent or being specified. Five people from this list have been released after serving out the time.
As of February 21, 465 people are on the list of missing persons, they might be in Ukrainian captivity too.
