This morning, the armed formations of Ukraine launched a massive attack on Gorlovka, which resulted in outages in the village of Mine 6/7 at 06:30.

The DPR Coal and Energy Ministry’s duty officer reports that the 6 kV power line RP-32—TP-234 is down, 9 electrical substations are de-energized, 1,024 residential users have no electricity.

Specialists from the Central Electric Grids affiliated with the Regional Energy Supply Company Republic Enterprise have already arrived at the scene and started to survey the line. If the combat situation allows, the power supply to the village will be resumed in the shortest possible time.

Note that this has been the second power outage in the suburbs of Gorlovka in the last two days because of Kiev militants’ firing. Thus, on February 23, the 10 kV power line supplying the village of Mikhaylovka was damaged by AFU shell fragments, the village was cut off power partially. Residential users quickly got electricity back thanks to the backup supply, and emergency repair crews carried out repair work on February 24, the normal power supply to the village was resumed the same day.
