Thus, on March 3 at 18:55, militants from the 28th brigade commanded by war criminal Marchenko shelled Signalnoye with 120mm mortars in order to provoke return fire from our defenders.
Buildings at 6 Pionerskaya Street are damaged by shell direct hits.
It is noteworthy that Ukrainian militants were deliberately firing from their positions stationed in neighborhoods of Slavnoe, thus trying to provoke our retaliatory fire on this very locality to accuse us of committing a war crime.
The occupiers absolutely did not care that civilians’ houses are located in direct proximity to the fire emplacements, they deliberately endangered the lives and health of the civilian population through their actions.
The People’s Militia military did not respond to the provocation and fully complied with the ceasefire.
We call on international observers to immediately document this war crime committed by the armed formations of Ukraine against civilians of Donbass and see to it that a full investigation is conducted and the perpetrators are brought to justice.
