The Ukrainian party won’t cease efforts to destabilize the situation in Donbass in anticipation of the Trilateral Contact Group in Minsk meeting, the press service of the DPR People’s Militia Directorate reports.
“Our monitors note that at 7:00 a.m. militants of the 28th separate mechanised AFU brigade launched fire from the Novomikhailovka direction towards the Trudovskaya mine’s village and Maryinka.
Monitors noted that the fire at the suburbs of Donetsk was engaged with grenade launchers and, to conceal the firing direction, at the time of shell-bursts, fire was opened at Maryinka with small arms and automatic grenade launchers. Only by a lucky accident, there were no civilian casualties resulting from the criminal actions of Ukrainian militants.
The Ukrainian party hastened to blame the DPR People’s Militia for the offence and spread false information.
We responsibly declare that the DPR People’s Militia respects the obligations stipulated by the Minsk Agreements and adheres to the ceasefire.
The AFU’s low-down tricks and scheming have crossed all bounds and require immediate response, in connection with which we urge international observers to record the actions of the Ukrainian party and prevent the spread of false information by the Ukrainian occupation forces,” the statement says.
