The Ukrainian side keeps destabilizing the situation by firing on the territory of the Republic, civilians suffer as a result.
Today at 19:30, Ukrainian militants from the 28th AFU brigade commanded Marchenko committed another crime, having engaged a neighborhood of Staromikhaylovka with a SPG-9, the firing resulted in damage to the residential building at 7 Gorkogo Street.
More information on civilian casualties and damage to the civil infrastructure is being clarified.
Materials on the case of firing will be sent to representatives of international organizations staying in the Republic, as well as to the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office for attaching to criminal cases against AFU brigade commander Marchenko.
We call on the OSCE Mission to register the ceasefire violation and make the military-political leadership of Ukraine stop provocative actions at the line of combat contact.
