On March 18, as part of the activities of the Public Staff for Frontline Districts under the Donetsk Republic PM, DPR People’s Council deputy Sergei Chuchin brought humanitarian aid to residents of the frontline village of Luganskoye. According to the correspondent of the Official Website of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the parliamentarian responded to questions from local citizens, and then delivered aid to a resident of Signalnoye.
“We brought aid to the frontline district for people in difficulty, namely bedridden patients, disabled persons, GPW veterans, displaced persons, and families in special need. Every month, the Public Staff for Frontline Districts tries to allocate a certain amount of humanitarian aid and, where possible, we try to provide those in need with the essentials, for example, blood pressure monitors, blood glucose meters, diapers, rehabilitation aids and many other things that people cannot afford to buy.
We also had the opportunity to talk with people, learn about their problems and provide qualified explanations. Besides, we also stopped at Signalnoye and delivered a set of household chemicals, a tonometer and a walker for a bedridden resident of the village,” Sergei Chuchin emphasized.
In turn, Head of the Luganskoye Village Administration Artur Lysenko noted that at the deputy’s meeting with residents there were raised the issues of restoring the village’s water supply and resuming the kindergarten’s work.
“The work in these fields is underway. We explained to the residents what has already been done and what remains to be done, as it is an expensive, laborious and time-consuming process,” he added.
