This week, the DPR People’s Militia intelligence detected over forty units of armament and military equipment deployed close by residential houses and municipal facilities in Ukraine-controlled territory, Deputy Commander of the Operational Command Colonel Eduard Basurin told at the briefing in Donetsk.

“ An MTLB, a 152mm towed howitzer D-20, two MTLBs were deployed in Pershetravneve, and two armored combat vehicles in a neighborhood of Belaya Gora, one armored combat vehicle in Novgorodskoye. An APC deployed in Novobakhmutovka, a 122mm SAU Gvozdika, an IFV and an armored combat vehicle in Avdeyevka, three armored combat vehicles and a BRDM in Peski, six APCs in Umanskoye, two armored combat vehicles, an IFV and a BRDM-2 in Slavnoye, five armored combat vehicles and five BMPs in Taramchuk, an armored combat vehicle in Berezovoye, four IFVs and an MTBL in Bogdanovka, one BTR-80 deployed in Gnutovo.

The presence of the AFU’s banned weapons and military equipment in residential areas was also reported by OSCE monitors,” Eduard Basurin said.

He also added that the joint forces operation’s command had instructed EW units to continue jamming control channels of OSCE drones in order to conceal the cases of deployment of banned military equipment.

“This week, we established more cases of EW mobile crews’ operation from the 305th and 20th EW battalions in the responsibility zone of the 28th and 128th AFU Brigades. UAV control and navigation channels were being jammed in areas of Krasnogorovka and Stepanovka, where OSCE monitors were forced to stop working because of the danger of losing their drones. All the cases of Ukrainian militants’ interference with UAV flights are confirmed by official reports of the OSCE Monitoring Mission,” the Colonel concluded.
