In violation of the Minsk Agreements, Ukrainian occupiers from the 128th brigade commanded by Goncharuk today engaged Dokuchayevsk and Yasnoye by using 82mm mortars, heavy machine guns and small arms, a spokesman for the DPR PMD stated.

In addition, Ukrainian militants still resort to terrorist methods of warfare, hiding behind civilians and targeting exclusively critical infrastructure facilities of our Republic, which once again confirms their policy of genocide against the people of Donbass.
Thus, equipment of the oil refinery is damaged in Dokuchayevsk. More information on civilian casualties and damage to the civil infrastructure caused by the enemy shelling is being specified.
It is important to note that according to our information, a camera crew from the Ukrainian television channel ICTV is staying in positions of Ukrainian occupiers. Their goal is to record back fire from our direction to accuse the DPR People’s Militia of violating the Minsk Agreements.
We call on international monitors stationed in Donbass to immediately intervene in what is happening, put an end to the attempts of Ukraine aimed at thwarting the Minsk Agreements and prevent attacks on the Republic to avoid civilian casualties,” the statement reads.
