According to information of monitors from the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and negotiation process, the armed formations of Ukraine opened fire 10 times on populated localities of the Republic in the past 24 hours, spokesman for the DPR PMD Dmitry Astrakhan stated this at the briefing on March 28.
“On the Gorlovka front, fighters from the 58th brigade armed with 82mm mortars, various rocket launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms engaged Dolomitnoye, Zaytsevo and Shirokaya Balka.
On the Donetsk front, forces of the 28th and 57th brigades armed with heavy machine guns and small arms engaged Staromikhaylovka, Spartak, the village of Trudovskaya Mine and the airport of Donetsk. At the same time, today at 6:55, Ukrainian militants from the 28th AFU brigade shelled Staromikhaylovka with heavy artillery and mortar. Ukrainian militants fired 12 shells of 122mm caliber, as well as four 120mm mines on neighborhoods of the village. In addition, they were actively firing with IFV guns. Five houses are damaged by the shelling.
On the Mariupol front, fighters of the 10th brigade shelled Kominternovo with 120mm mortars,” Dmitry Astrakhan reported.
